I loved the whole thing and completed every video including the extras. I didn't miss more than a couple days due to illness and always followed the plan.
I saw notable improvements -- you take a physical fitness test on the first and last days of the program to see measurable gains in your fitness, flexibility, endurance, etc. I surpassed all day one scores The only physical change I saw were my thighs got a little bigger causing clothes to get snug in that and rear area.
Being 44, it's hard to tell how much of it is fat vs. I liked this program enough to buy the rest.
However, I wish they had alternative videos. I've had a bad back for years that acts up where I shouldn't be doing lunges or dead lift movements. These show up A LOT. There's a little boxing -- not my fave, but shows up just right not often. However, this has been great almost like having my own personal trainer without the cost.
I would thoroughly recommend this. I'm on my last week and excited about starting round 4. I love Fitness Blender!
The variety every day allows me to never be bored working out. These are the kind of workouts I have been looking for. Combined with the 4 week meal plan I downloaded, I am down about 20 lbs since starting round 3. I can't rave enough about all of their programs, their workouts are phenomenal, fun and you are constantly switching it up which is my favorite part.

I am excited to see that there is a round 5 now up for purchase. This program has almost all new videos with older ones here and there.
I like the new video formats better then their older videos. I need the timer and Daniel and Kelli encouragement. I am current going through this program round 4 again 2nd time through and while the scale has not changed much I have lost inches around by stubborn belly. Love the upper body strengthen training and recommend getting the powerblock weights. Most video range from 45 to 55mins with some only lasting about Just remember that the 55min video have a cool down and warm up.
I do not recommend this program for a beginner. I would recommend their other beginner program for those. This program is intense and will kick your butt even if I am currently on month 5 since starting their 8 week challenge rounds and finally feel able to keep up with Kelli.
She is super fast at times.
