Users aren't able to generate PDF documents from within Salesforce. Steps to reproduce:. Within Salesforce in the Chrome browser, user clicks on Preview Document button. A screen pops up with the Open button, but nothing happens when you click on it.

We've tried the usual things- clearing cache and cookies, making sure the latest versions of Chrome and Acrobat reader are installed, etc. In Chrome settings, when we try to update the PDF settings there, it gives a message saying 'This setting is enforced by your administrator'.
Can someone please tell me how we can fix this? The files are able to be opened in any other browser, so it's something to do with the Chrome browser.
